Our Program
Pee Wee Prep is proud to serve families in Hudson County and now offers care from ages 6 weeks to 13 years of age. Full time care is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm (excluding holidays and emergency closures).

Grow NJ Kids is New Jersey's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) for early childhood education, designed to help parents find high-quality child care and support providers in improving their programs.
As a national effort to create a system that encourages ongoing improvement for centers, Grow NJ Kids provides families with an objective rating system. Based on the findings of a preliminary assessment, trained professionals work with the program staff to address areas needing improvement, before a trained rater assigns a star rating for the center based on their findings.

Having participated in Grow NJ Kids since 2023, Pee Wee Prep proudly holds a 4 star rating at our Bayonne location. We look forward to a continued partnership with the program to continuously improve our program for the students and families we serve, as well as our staff and community throughout Hudson County.

Preschool
24 months - 36 months
The Creative Curriculum is built around the idea that children learn best through active exploration and meaningful experiences. Our toddler classes emphasize play-based learning through child-centered activities, teacher-guided exploration, and social-emotional growth alongside academics.
Pre-K
3 - 4 years
As students progress through our program, we shift our focus towards preparing them for grammar school and beyond. Our Preschool classes emphasize daily routines that balance teacher-directed group activities, such as circle time and story time, child-initiated play, outdoor exploration, rest and meals.
Our Curriculum
Early childhood education helps establish lifelong learning patterns and, as such, our students' development and education are our top priority. To ensure our program adequately meets the needs of each child in our care, Pee Wee Prep follows The Creative Curriculum for Preschools, one of the top rated curricula for early childhood education approved by the State of New Jersey. This comprehensive system is designed to support children from infancy through school age, blending academic learning with social-emotional development through hands-on, play-based experiences.
